38 Cancellation or disqualification from holding a special licence (1) If a person is convicted or found guilty of an animal welfare offence court may cancel a special licence held by the person or disqualify the person from holding a special licence for a period decided by the court. (2) In making a decision under subsection (1), the court must consider— (a) the acts or omissions of the person constituting the offence; and (b) any conviction or finding of guilty of the applicant within the (3) Subsection (2) does not limit the matters that the court may consider.
