106A Unregistered assistance animal assessor (a) carries on a business as an assistance animal assessor; and (b) is not registered as an assistance animal assessor. (a) accredits an animal as having met the assistance animal standard; and (b) is not registered as an assistance animal assessor.
Using an assistance animal Division 5.4 not registered—a person is also not registered as an assistance animal assessor if the person’s registration is suspended, cancelled or expired.
