70 Due date for payments to the Treasurer S. 70(1) amended by No. 44/2017 s. 11. (1) Each Council must pay the money required to be paid to the Treasurer under section 69(1) and (1A) in respect of a financial year not later than 31 July next following the end of that year. S. 70(2) inserted by No. 17/2016 s. 16(2). (2) Greyhound Racing Victoria must pay the money required to be paid to the Treasurer under section 69(3) in respect of a financial year not later than 31 July next following the end of that year.
