5G Surrender of approval by holder (1) The holder of a dog obedience training organisation approval or an applicable organisation approval may by written notice surrender the approval to the Minister for cancellation. (2) On receipt of the notice the Minister must notify the holder in writing that the dog obedience training organisation approval or applicable organisation approval is cancelled.
