44B Ten fertile female dog limit for breeding domestic animal business (1) A proprietor of a breeding domestic animal business must not conduct the business on a premises where more than 10 relevant fertile female dogs are kept. (2) A person who is the proprietor of the breeding domestic animal business does not commit an offence under subsection (1) if the person is an approved commercial dog breeder.
