34A Dangerous dogs A dog is a dangerous dog if— S. 34A(a) amended by No. 44/2017 s. 6(a). (a) the dog is kept, or at any time has been kept, as a guard dog for the purpose of guarding non-residential premises; or S. 34A(b) amended by No. 44/2017 s. 6(b). (b) the dog, at any time, has been trained to attack or bite any person or any thing when attached to or worn by a person.
