14 Application for registration or renewal of registration An application for registration or renewal of registration of a dog or cat must— (a) be made to the Council or an agent appointed by the Council; and (b) be in the form approved by the Council; and S. 14(c) substituted by No. 76/2005 s. 9(1). (c) be accompanied by— (i) the relevant fee fixed by the Council; and S. 14(c)(ii) amended by No. 76/2005 s. 9(2)(a). (ii) if relevant, evidence in a form required by the Council that the dog or cat is desexed; and S. 14(c)(iii) inserted by No. 76/2005 s. 9(2)(b). (iii) if relevant, evidence in a form required by the Council that the dog or cat is implanted with a prescribed permanent identification device.
