91B Registrar exercises powers as delegate of Court (1) This section applies in relation to the exercise, by a registrar, of a power under this Act to make, vary or revoke a DVO. (2) In exercising the power the registrar is acting as a delegate of the Court. (3) The decision of the registrar is a decision of the Court.
