82T How application is made (1) An application under section 82S may be made by telephone or any form of electronic communication. (2) The police officer must: (a) before making the application, complete the approved form by stating the grounds on which the variation of the DVO is sought; and (b) subsequently record on the form any additional information given to the Court orally.
