82J Application to extend duration of court DVO (1) A party may apply to the Court to extend the duration of a court DVO: (a) for an interim period; or (b) for a period specified in the application. (2) Despite section 27, within 6 months after the date of expiry specified in a court DVO, a party may apply to extend the duration of the court DVO for a period specified in the application.
