82B Referral of application to Court (1) If a registrar is deciding the application under this Division, the registrar must refer the application to the Court for decision if the registrar is not satisfied that an order should be made to vary or revoke the court DVO. (a) make the order sought; or registrar may make an order varying or revoking the court DVO.
