130Restraining orders

130 Restraining orders (1) This section applies to each of the following orders: (a) a restraining order in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement date; (b) a restraining order made under the repealed Act after the commencement date under section 132 or 134 (including an order varying a restraining order); (c) an order confirming or varying a restraining order under the repealed Act after the commencement date under section 133. (2) The order is taken to be a DVO and, for an order mentioned in subsection (1)(a), ends when it would have ended under the repealed Act unless it is earlier revoked: (a) under this Act; or (b) for an order to which section 133 applies – under the repealed Act as applying to it under that section.
