#### 5A Faxes A reference in this Act to a fax is a reference to a fax, whether or not: (a) the fax is a facsimile of a physical document; or (b) the fax was created by computer software; or (c) the sending of the fax involves the use of: (i) a fax machine; or (ii) a fax server; or (iii) a fax gateway; or (iv) a mail‑to‑fax system; or (v) equipment specified in the regulations; or (vi) a system specified in the regulations.
