20Access—determinations

#### 20 Access—determinations (1) The ACMA may make a determination that makes provision for and in relation to any or all of the following: (a) the manner in which a submission under subsection 19(1) is to be made; (b) the manner in which information under paragraph 19(2)(d) or (e) is to be given; (c) the manner in which a list is to be returned under paragraph 19(2)(f); (d) any other matter relating to access to the Do Not Call Register. Determinations (2) A determination under subsection (1) is a legislative instrument. (3) A determination under subsection (1) is to be an instrument of a legislative character.
