15 Applications for registration

An application for an Australian number to be entered on the Do Not Call Register: (a) may be made by: (i) the relevant account‑holder; or (ii) a nominee of the relevant account‑holder; and (b) is to be made to: (i) if the Do Not Call Register is kept by the ACMA—the ACMA; or (ii) if the Do Not Call Register is kept by the contracted service provider—the contracted service provider on behalf of the ACMA; and (c) is to be in the applicable form (if any) specified in a determination under subsection 18(1); and (d) is to be made in the applicable manner (if any) specified in a determination under subsection 18(1).
