#### 18G Registrars 18G Registrars > > (1) There shall be a registrar of the Court for each proclaimed place. > > > (2) The Principal Registrar, and the registrar for any proclaimed place specified for the purposes of this subsection by the Minister by order published in the Gazette, may be employed in the Public Service under the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040). > > > (3) (Repealed) > > > (4) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, direct that there can be 2 registrars for a particular proclaimed place, each having the functions specified in that order. > > > (5) (Repealed) > > **s 18G:** Ins 1986 No 210, Sch 1 (2).
