18FB Powers of Judicial Registrars
> > (1) A Judicial Registrar may, subject to the direction of the Chief Judge, exercise such powers of the Court as are, by or under this or any other Act, conferred on the Judicial Registrar. The Judicial Registrar constitutes the Court for the purpose of the exercise of those powers.
