#### 154 Offences by corporations 154 Offences by corporations > Where a person convicted of an offence against this Act is a corporation, every person who at the time of the commission of the offence was an officer of the corporation shall be deemed to have committed the like offence and be liable to the penalty provided by this Act for the offence accordingly, if the person knowingly and wilfully authorised or permitted the commission of the offence. > > **s 154:** Am 1994 No 32, Sch 3.
