#### 15 Remuneration 15 Remuneration > > (1) The Judges (other than the Chief Judge) are entitled to be paid remuneration in accordance with the [Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1976-004). > > > (2) The remuneration referred to in subsection (1) and payable to a Judge shall be paid to the Judge so long as he or she continues to hold office. > > > (3) However, a Judge is not entitled to the remuneration referred to in subsection (1) for any period for which the Judge is on leave without pay (being leave that is agreed to by the Judge). > > **s 15:** Subst 1976 No 4, Sch 5.
