142P Liaison with State Insurance Regulatory Authority
> > (1) The Chief Judge may refer to the State Insurance Regulatory Authority for inquiry or report any matter relating to the functions of the Court in its compensation jurisdiction.

> > (2) A Judge may refer to the State Insurance Regulatory Authority—

> > > (a) a report on suspected fraud or contravention of the [Workers Compensation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-070) or the [Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-086) or the regulations under either of those Acts by any party to proceedings in the compensation jurisdiction of the Court, and
