#### 142 Rules 142 Rules > > (1) Without affecting the generality of any other provision of this Act authorising the making of rules, the rules may make provision for or with respect to— > > > > > (a) the procedure to be followed with respect to the granting and enforcing of temporary injunctions, > > > > > (b) the costs of proceedings in the Court in relation to temporary injunctions, and > > > > > (c) any other matter necessary or convenient for giving effect to this Subdivision. > > > (2) This section does not give power to make rules with respect to any matter relating to costs that is regulated by the legal costs legislation (as defined in section 3A of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-016)). > > **s 142:** Am 1993 No 87, Sch 6; 2006 No 58, Sch 3.4 \[4\]; 2015 No 7, Sch 2.13 \[2\].
