#### 134A Frustrated contracts 134A Frustrated contracts > The Court shall have the same jurisdiction as the Supreme Court, and may exercise all the powers and authority of the Supreme Court, in proceedings under Division 4 of Part 3 of the [Frustrated Contracts Act 1978](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1978-105) where the claim does not exceed the Court’s jurisdictional limit in amount or value, as determined by the Court. > > **s 134A:** Ins 1978 No 107, sec 3 (c).
