sec.43 Continuation of obligations about disclosure of information
Section 37, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply to each member of the former council, despite the amendment of that section by the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 . In this section— former council means the council established under part 2, division 1 as in force before the commencement of this section. s 43 ins 2013 No. 35 s 59 (sec.43-ssec.1) Section 37, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply to each member of the former council, despite the amendment of that section by the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 . (sec.43-ssec.2) In this section— former council means the council established under part 2, division 1 as in force before the commencement of this section.
