sec.26 Centres to be part of department
Dispute resolution centres are to operate within and as parts of the department, and nothing in this Act derogates from the operation of the provisions of the Public Sector Act 2022 , or any other Act so far as they apply to that department and any such part thereof. s 26 amd 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 ; 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3
