sec.23 Regulation making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may prescribe a penalty of not more than 2 penalty units for an offence against a regulation. s 23 sub 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 (sec.23-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
