74 Positive duty to make reasonable adjustments
(1) A person must make reasonable adjustments to accommodate another
person’s particular needs arising from a protected attribute if
discrimination on the ground of the attribute is unlawful under this
Act.
(2) For subsection (1), an adjustment is not reasonable if it would cause
unjustifiable hardship to the person making the adjustment.
(3) Failure to make reasonable adjustments in accordance with this
section is an unlawful act.
