54 Discrimination relating to accommodation
Section 21 does not make unlawful discrimination on the ground of
disability in relation to the provision of accommodation to a person
with a disability if special services or facilities are, or would be,
required by the person and their provision would impose unjustifiable
hardship on the person providing or proposing to provide the
accommodation.
