53 Discrimination in the provision of goods and services
(1) Section 20 does not make unlawful discrimination on the ground of
disability in relation to the provision of goods, services or facilities
if—
(a) because of a person’s disability, the goods, services or facilities
would have to be provided in a special way; and
(b) their provision in that way would impose unjustifiable hardship
on the person providing, or proposing to provide, the goods,
services or facilities.
