25A Adoption This Act does not prevent the director-general responsible for administering the Adoption Act 1993 from discriminating against a person in making a decision— (a) under the Adoption Act 1993, section 18 in relation to the approval of a person to be registered as suitable for the placement of a child or young person for adoption; or (b) under the Adoption Act 1993, section 19 in relation to the removal of a person’s name from the register of suitable people; or
(c) under the Adoption Act 1993, section 35A in relation to the placement of a child or young person before adoption in the care of a person who is on the register of suitable people.
