24 Domestic duties
Section 10 (1) (a) or (b) or section 13 (b) does not make it unlawful
for a person (the first person) to discriminate against someone else in
relation to a position as an employee or contract worker if—
(a) the duties of the position involve doing domestic duties on the
premises where the first person lives; and
