40 Obligation on Future Fund Board in performing investment functions
In performing its Disaster Ready Fund investment function, the Future Fund Board must (subject to this Act and a direction under subsection 39(1)) seek to maximise the return earned on the Disaster Ready Fund over the long term, consistent with international best practice for institutional investment.
