29 Other credits to the Disaster Ready Fund Payments Special Account

There must be credited to the Disaster Ready Fund Payments Special Account: (a) an amount equal to an amount paid to the Commonwealth under a section 20 arrangement; and (b) an amount equal to an amount paid to the Commonwealth by way of damages or compensation for a breach of a section 20 arrangement; and (c) an amount equal to an amount paid to the Commonwealth by way of the repayment of the whole or a part of a section 20 grant.
