sec.4B Chairperson and deputy chairperson of SDM group— Act , s 21I
For section 21I (1) of the Act , the Premier is the chairperson of the SDM group. For section 21I (2) of the Act , the Minister who is recognised as the deputy for the Premier is the deputy chairperson of the SDM group. s 4B ins 2024 Act No. 18 s 7 (sec.4B-ssec.1) For section 21I (1) of the Act , the Premier is the chairperson of the SDM group. (sec.4B-ssec.2) For section 21I (2) of the Act , the Minister who is recognised as the deputy for the Premier is the deputy chairperson of the SDM group.
