sec.4A Members of SDM group— Act , s 21H

For section 21H (1) (a) of the Act , the following persons are members of the SDM group— the Premier; the Minister who is recognised as the deputy for the Premier; the Ministers administering the following Acts— the Economic Development Act 2012 ; the Fire Services Act 1990 ; the Local Government Act 2009 ; the Public Safety Preservation Act 1986 ; the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ; the chief executives of the departments in which the following Acts are administered— the Constitution of Queensland 2001 ; the Economic Development Act 2012 ; the Local Government Act 2009 ; the Public Safety Preservation Act 1986 ; the commissioner of the police service; the commissioner under the Fire Services Act 1990 ; the State disaster coordinator; the chief executive officer of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 . s 4A ins 2024 Act No. 18 s 7 amd 2024 SL No. 245 s 5

• (a) the Premier;
• (b) the Minister who is recognised as the deputy for the Premier;
• (c) the Ministers administering the following Acts— (i) the Economic Development Act 2012 ; (ii) the Fire Services Act 1990 ; (iii) the Local Government Act 2009 ; (iv) the Public Safety Preservation Act 1986 ; (v) the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ;

• (e) the commissioner of the police service;
• (f) the commissioner under the Fire Services Act 1990 ;
• (g) the State disaster coordinator;
• (h) the chief executive officer of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 .
• (i) the Economic Development Act 2012 ;
• (ii) the Fire Services Act 1990 ;
• (iii) the Local Government Act 2009 ;
• (iv) the Public Safety Preservation Act 1986 ;
• (v) the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ;
