sec.4 Chairperson and deputy chairperson of the QDMC— Act , s 20
For section 20 (1) of the Act — the Premier is the chairperson of QDMC group; and the Minister who is recognised as the deputy for the Premier is the deputy chairperson of QDMC group. s 4 amd 2018 SL No. 78 s 5 ; 2024 Act No. 22 s 92 sch 1
- (a) the Premier is the chairperson of QDMC group; and
- (b) the Minister who is recognised as the deputy for the Premier is the deputy chairperson of QDMC group.
