sec.2 Members of QDMC— Act , s 19
For section 19 (1) (a) of the Act , the following persons are members of the QDMC— the Premier; the Minister administering the Act ; the Ministers administering the following Acts— the Ambulance Service Act 1991 ; the Building Act 1975 ; the Community Services Act 2007 ; the Economic Development Act 2012 ; the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 ; the Electricity Act 1994 ; the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; the Fire Services Act 1990 ; the Gas Supply Act 2003 ; the Housing Act 2003 ; the Local Government Act 2009 ; the Planning Act 2016 ; the Public Health Act 2005 ; the Public Safety Preservation Act 1986 ; the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ; the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 ; the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 . s 2 amd 2017 SL No. 103 s 33 ; 2018 SL No. 78 s 3; 2024 Act No. 22 s 92 sch 1 ; 2024 SL No. 245 s 3
- (a) the Premier;
- (b) the Minister administering the Act ;
