sec.15 Deputies for officials of QDMC
An official of QDMC may, with the approval of the chairperson of the group, appoint by signed notice another person as the official’s deputy. The deputy may attend a meeting of QDMC in the official’s absence to act as the official and exercise the official’s functions under the Act . In this section— official , of QDMC, means a person— mentioned in section 3 ; or invited by the chairperson of QDMC under section 19A (2) of the Act . s 15 amd 2024 Act No. 22 s 92 sch 1 (sec.15-ssec.1) An official of QDMC may, with the approval of the chairperson of the group, appoint by signed notice another person as the official’s deputy. (sec.15-ssec.2) The deputy may attend a meeting of QDMC in the official’s absence to act as the official and exercise the official’s functions under the Act . (sec.15-ssec.3) In this section— official , of QDMC, means a person— mentioned in section 3 ; or invited by the chairperson of QDMC under section 19A (2) of the Act .

- (b) invited by the chairperson of QDMC under section 19A (2) of the Act .
