sec.13 Quorum
A quorum for a meeting of a disaster management group is the number equal to— one-half of its members for the time being holding office plus 1; or if one-half of its members for the time being holding office is not a whole number, the next highest whole number.
- (a) one-half of its members for the time being holding office plus 1; or
- (b) if one-half of its members for the time being holding office is not a whole number, the next highest whole number.
