sec.9 Prescribed entities for other information— Act , s 138R
For section 138R (5) of the Act , definition prescribed entity , the following entities are prescribed— the chief executive officer of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) ; the chief executive of the department in which the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 is administered; the health ombudsman under the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 . s 9 (prev s 6AC) ins 2021 SL No. 2 s 6 renum 2021 SL No. 2 s 14
- (a) the chief executive officer of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) ;
- (b) the chief executive of the department in which the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 is administered;
- (c) the health ombudsman under the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 .
