sec.6 Criterion for NDIS worker screening application— Act , s 65
For section 65 (b) of the Act , the criterion prescribed is that the person either— lives, or proposes to live, in Queensland; or is, or proposes to be, engaged to carry out NDIS disability work in Queensland. s 6 sub 2021 SL No. 2 s 6
- (a) lives, or proposes to live, in Queensland; or
- (b) is, or proposes to be, engaged to carry out NDIS disability work in Queensland.
