sec.12 Service providers to which pt 6 of the Act does not apply— Act , s 140
For section 140 (2) of the Act , a service provider that is a registered provider under the Aged Care Act 2024 (Cwlth) is prescribed if— the service provider is providing disability services or NDIS supports or services to an adult; and the adult has an approval, under the Aged Care Act 2024 (Cwlth) , section 65 (2) , to access funded aged care services for the service group residential care.
