#### 20 Code of conduct
(1) The rules may make provision for or in relation to a code of conduct that applies to persons:
(a) to whom money may be payable under an arrangement made under section 13; or
(b) who receive a grant of financial assistance made under section 13.
> Note: Subsection 14(3) provides that the terms and conditions set out in a funding agreement with a person may contain obligations to provide information or reports to the Secretary in relation to alleged breaches, or actual breaches, of the code of conduct and to action taken in response to those alleged or actual breaches.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), rules made for the purposes of that subsection may make provision for circumstances in which a person breaches the code of conduct because of an act, or an omission to perform an act, by:
(a) a member of the key personnel of the person; or
(b) another person who is employed, or otherwise engaged, by the person.
(3) Rules made for the purposes of subsection (1) and in force are the code of conduct.
