#### 12 Simplified outline of this Part The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, make, vary or administer an arrangement for the making of payments by the Commonwealth to a person, or make, vary or administer a grant of financial assistance to a person, in relation to various activities for the benefit of people with disability. However, the Minister must not make an arrangement for the making of payments, or make a grant of financial assistance, to a person who is not an eligible person for the arrangement or grant. The person must comply with the statutory funding conditions set out in this Part and any other terms and conditions set out in a funding agreement between the person and the Commonwealth. The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, take particular action if the person breaches the statutory funding conditions, including by terminating or varying the funding agreement or publishing information about the breach. This Part operates concurrently with the power to make arrangements and grants of financial assistance under other laws of the Commonwealth including section 32B of the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997 and Chapter 2D of the Social Security Act 1991.
