sec.90 Deciding application—disqualified person
This section applies if the chief executive is aware the person is a disqualified person. The chief executive must issue an exclusion to the person. s 90 ins 2010 No. 5 s 126 amd 2014 No. 28 s 105 sch 1 ; 2016 No. 9 s 36 ; 2018 No. 19 s 24 ; 2019 No. 18 s 86 (2) sch 2 sub 2020 No. 39 s 11 (sec.90-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is aware the person is a disqualified person. (sec.90-ssec.2) The chief executive must issue an exclusion to the person.
