sec.392 Continuing obligation of confidentiality
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, former section 227 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and on the commencement, new section 227 does not apply to the person in relation to the information. Former section 227 continues to apply to the person in relation to the information as if the amendment Act had not been enacted. s 392 ins 2020 No. 39 s 24 (sec.392-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, former section 227 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and on the commencement, new section 227 does not apply to the person in relation to the information. (sec.392-ssec.2) Former section 227 continues to apply to the person in relation to the information as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
