sec.390 Particular references in Act or document
In an Act or a document, to the extent the context permits— a reference to a prescribed notice application or exemption notice application under this Act includes a reference to a disability worker screening application; and a reference to a positive notice or positive exemption notice under this Act includes a reference to a clearance; and a reference to a negative notice or a negative exemption notice under this Act includes a reference to an exclusion. s 390 ins 2020 No. 39 s 24
