sec.367 Definitions for division
In this division— amended Act means this Act as in force after the commencement. amendment Act means the Disability Services and Other Legislation (Worker Screening) Amendment Act 2020 . former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement. new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement. transitioned applicant , for a transitioned application, means the person who is taken to have made the application under section 372(2) or (3) or 373(2). transitioned application see sections 372(2) and (3) and 373(2). transitioned clearance see section 369(2). transitioned exclusion see section 371(2). s 367 ins 2020 No. 39 s 24
