sec.353 Existing eligibility applications
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person had made an eligibility application; and immediately before the commencement, the eligibility application had not been decided or withdrawn. The chief executive must decide the application under the amended Act. s 353 ins 2019 No. 19 s 46 (sec.353-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person had made an eligibility application; and immediately before the commencement, the eligibility application had not been decided or withdrawn. (sec.353-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide the application under the amended Act.
- (a) before the commencement, a person had made an eligibility application; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the eligibility application had not been decided or withdrawn.
