sec.345A Effect of pre-commencement charge for serious offence
This section applies if a person is the subject of a charge for a serious offence that has not been dealt with on the commencement. For applying the amended Act in relation to the person, the person is taken to have been charged with the offence on the commencement. s 345A ins 2019 No. 19 s 46 (sec.345A-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is the subject of a charge for a serious offence that has not been dealt with on the commencement. (sec.345A-ssec.2) For applying the amended Act in relation to the person, the person is taken to have been charged with the offence on the commencement.
