sec.337 Confidentiality obligation continues to apply to authorised officers and interim managers
This section applies to a person who is or has been either of the following under the unamended Act— an authorised officer; an interim manager. Previous section 222 continues to apply to the person as if the amending Act had not been enacted. s 337 ins 2014 No. 12 s 73 (sec.337-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is or has been either of the following under the unamended Act— an authorised officer; an interim manager.
